“The Fight to Vote” Wins Regional Emmy

The most recent program in Nashville Public Television’s Citizenship Project series has won a regional Emmy Award! Supported by matching funds from the Tennessee Civil War National Heritage Area, “The Fight to Vote: Black Voter Suppression in Tennessee” won in the documentary/historical category at the 36th Annual Midsouth Regional Emmy Awards.
